When someone scans the QR code on the Houdini Tag, they will see the pet’s and owner’s names, and can call the pet owner with one click (The owner’s phone number is not visible, preserving their privacy).
Also if the person that scans the tag shares their location, the owner will receive a text message with the exact location of the pet. There is no need for a special software.
In case your pet is lost, you can activate the Lost Mode. In this case you can enter specific information that will appear in your pet’s profile. You can add where your pet was last seen, or any other information that is important to help your pet return home.

Once you register your Houdini Tag, you will get access to your pet’s profile, where you can update any information at any time.

If your subscription expires, your pet’s profile will be deactivated and the tag will no longer work. You can reactivate it at any time by renewing your plan. Your pet’s information will still be saved in your account.
